On the occasion of World Refrigeration Day, celebrated on 26 June and once again supported by CAREL this year, the company has decided to promote an internal initiative aligned with the 2025 theme, “Cool Skills”.
WRD is a global event that highlights the crucial role of refrigeration and air conditioning in modern society, while also emphasising the importance of technical skills in our industry. CAREL has chosen to mark this occasion by providing employees with e-learning licences to support their professional development and strengthen the most relevant skills in today’s context and sector.
This initiative is part of the broader journey dedicated to the company’s Culture Code, with a particular focus on the “Make the Difference” pillar: an invitation to act with competence, responsibility and initiative.
Through this initiative, CAREL renews its commitment to people’s growth through training, aware that the quality and innovation of its solutions also stem from continuous investment in its people.
